Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence, exclusive venue for disputes shall be the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration where such waiver is permitted.
